With the introduction of tacit knowledge sharing behavior of employees, this paper explores the mechanism of the network structure on innovation performance. Research shows that: the network connection strength, the network centricity and network scale significantly affect tacit knowledge sharing behavior, and tacit knowledge sharing behavior significantly affects innovation performance; Network connection strength, the network centricity, network scale significant direct impact on the innovation performance; Tacit knowledge sharing behavior is the intermediary variable. The results of the research further the relationship between the network structure and the innovation performance. The network structure can promote innovation performance through the intermediary role of tacit knowledge sharing behavior.
