The rise in prices of coated and uncoated free sheet despite of slow market condition is discussed. The price increase of $40/ton ($2/cwt) was announced in the month of october 2002. The coated no.3, 50-Ib rolls saw the price increase of $10/ton($.50/cwt) in the month of november 2002.
