摘要
A study was conducted on the nonstandard walls which can be realized as a limit of finite potentials. The potentials considered were steplike and may readily be manufactured using thin layers of different types of semiconductors. This paper shows that it was possible to realize such nonstandard walls out of the steplike potentials if the limiting procedure was fine tuned.
