摘要：
The article analyses some questions arising from electric power utility's telecommunications becoming a part of a free market, starting with the perspective of energy sector deregulation process, i.e. liberalisation and deregulation of telecommunications. Based on some foreign experiences as well as the CIGRE Study Committee 35 under working group 8 information, possibilities of HEP emergence at the telecommunication market are being discussed.
