摘要
Fushun-type oil shale retorting system plays an important role in Chinese oil shale industry and the retorting process is simulated by using Aspen Plus software. The results were verified by comparing the material balance and thermal balance with the practical system. Meanwhile, this paper investigated the variation of gas flow, composition, heat value and the power through changing the feeding air's saturation. Furthermore, the influence of circulating gas temperature on process was analyzed as well. The results show that feeding air's saturation varied from 0°C to 90°C can reduce the circulating gas flow and fuel gas consumption by 20%, and increase the power generation of gas turbine from 4.07?MW to 44.12?MW. However, increase of the circulating gas temperature from 600°C to 700°C has a little effect on process but almost reduces the circulating gas' flow by 20%. © 2013 Chinese Optics Letters.
