摘要
Increasing Competitiveness and Human-centered Design – Not a Contradiction. Initial findings of the MyCPS research project (Migration support for the implementation of human- centered cyber-physical systems) make it clear that competitiveness is a key focus of Industry 4.0 applications. The benefits for people are less obviously in the foreground than originally hoped. The two approaches are not in opposition, however. A crucial point is that lean structures have once again proved indispensable in terms of enabling the successful implementation of Industry 4.0 applications. © Carl Hanser Verlag GmbH & Co. KG.
