In this study, an attempt was made to establish effective and safety treatment method by appropriate supplemental fluid setting in double filtration plasmaphoresis (DFPP). Patients of pre and post kidney transplantation received DFPP treatments under continuous blood volume (BV) monitoring. The relation with patient's BV change rate and quantity of supplemental fluid, albumin concentration of supplemental fluid and serum albumin concentration before DFPP was estimated. Based on the results, new supplemental fluid settings methods were established and applied to clinic.
