摘要：
Technology for accelerated repair of brickwork in coke ovens has been developed by 'Kawasaki Steel Corp.' in Japan. Repair of single coke oven has been performed. Other coke ovens have been operated. New refractory materials, fused silica block have been utilized instead of traditional bricks. The new materials are characterized by low heat conduction. Therefore, thickness of wall has been reduced. Properties of the new materials have been presented. Method of heating the new materials after their installation has been created. Efficient heating of the constructed wall has been performed. Well operation of coke oven has been provided.
