摘要
In order to be able to implement industrial services independent of time and location, digital, data-based services are increasingly being offered on online platforms. This article presents a methodology for the monetary valuation of different functionalities of service platforms, which also includes additional platform-specific effects, such as value co-creation. Users of the methodology receive a calculation tool that considers not only savings for the platform operator in interactions but also the added value for the customer. © 2021 Carl Hanser Verlag.
