Electrochemical energy storage cluster application is a strong support for achieving carbon peak and carbon neutral. In order to realize the safe and efficient operation of energy storage station power cluster,a dispatch strategy of battery energy storage station cluster(BESSC)based on battery state is proposed in this paper. Firstly,the physical structure and communication architecture of the BESSC are introduced. Then,an optimization model aiming at state-of-charge(SOC)equalization is established,considering the state-of-health(SOH)of the battery. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by a numerical example analysis of Zhenjiang,Jiangsu BESSC under SOH difference and SOC estimation error. © 2023 Science Press.
