摘要
Based on high-quality big data of wind farms, this paper builds an evaluation index system for integrating large-scale wind power into the grid. Through calculating the theoretical power, the potential power and the power output, the evaluation system studies the penetration rates of the wind power installed capacity, its power or energy, as well as its utilization and curtailment rates in the grid. The mapping between these indices is employed to evaluate influence of the utilization rate or the curtailment rate boundaries on the capacity penetration. Foundation of the evaluation index system and the information excavation can help improve management level of the supervision administration, guide the planning and operation of the power systems, and enhance the operating practices of the wind farms. Practice shows that the wind farms, the electric power dispatching and controlling institution, and the government can take full advantage of the evaluation index system, and it has a promising application prospect. © 2021, Power System Technology Press.
