摘要
Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR) system and CRISPR-associated proteins (Cas) make up CRISPR-Cas system which is one part of the immune system exists in bacteria and archaea, and can defend against the invasion of foreign mobile genetic elements such as phages effectively. Studies have found this system can prevent foreign nucleic acids which carrying feature genes integrating into bacterial genome and has effect on regulating functional genes expression, it is essential for biological characteristics such as bacterial virulence, antibiotics resistance, and the ability of biofilm formation. This article analyzed the structure of CRISPR-Cas in the common foodborne pathogens, and reviewed the functional correlation between CRISPR-Cas system and bacterial virulence, antibiotics, biofilm formation and typing, provided a reference for subsequent functional research of CRISPR-Cas system and traceability and control of foodborne pathogens. © 2021, Editorial Office of Journal of CIFST.
