In this paper, C-A-S-H with different Li contents have been synthesized by hydrothermal method at 95℃. Incorporation of Li decreases mean interlayer distance, increases crystallinity and polymerization degree of C-A-S-H. The specific surface area of C-(Li)-A-S-H decreases sharply with the addition of LiOH. What's more, katoite forms on the surface of C-(Li)-A-S-H and results in the change of pore structure at high LiOH concentrations. The results show that Ca/Li ratio is the key parameter for Li incorporation into C-A-S-H. © 2021 Elsevier Ltd
