Integration of manufacturing and service is one of the important contents in intelligent manufacturing. Service elements penetrate into all links of manufacturing, which create producer services and servitization. From the perspectives of business, utilization, function, and realization of industrial internet, a technical system for interaction of virtual logic and physical activities in the integration of manufacturing and service is established. To integrate the value chain of manufacturing and service according to the business perspective of the industrial internet, a niche-driven manufacturing and service horizontal value chain integration method is proposed. According to the utilization perspective of the manufacturing and service integration industry chain of industrial internet, a supply chain-driven manufacturing and service vertical industry chain integration method is proposed. To modularize the manufacturing and service integration from the function perspective of the industrial internet, a big data-driven manufacturing and service integration modularization method is proposed. According to the realization perspective of the industrial internet, a method of manufacturing and service integration management-platform driven by the internet of things is proposed to realize a manufacturing and service integration management platform. The manufacturing and service integration-technology system developed in this paper can accelerate the application of the industrial internet in the manufacturing and service industries and lay the foundation for technological innovation in the digital economy. © 2022, Science Press.
