摘要
The experimental study of oil sludge gasification was carried out in terms of the shortcomings of incomplete treatment and waste of resources in the processing of oily sludge. And the combustible gas such as H2 , CO and CH4 were recovered while reducing waste. Water vapor was used as gasification agent in the experiment. The gasification reaction characteristics and product properties of oil sludge were studied in a horizontal tube furnace at 600, 700, 800 and 900 ℃, and the mass ratio of steam to oil sludge was 0. 1, 0. 3 and 0. 5. The results show that the increase of gasification temperature and the mass ratio of steam to oil sludge is conducive to hydrogen production from oil sludge gasification. When the gasification temperature is 900 ℃ and the mass ratio of steam to oil sludge is 0. 3, the maximum hydrogen production of 8 g oil sludge reaches 388. 02 mL / min, accounting for 76% of the produced gas. © 2022 University of Petroleum, China.
