Although it emerged as a topic in the 1990s, the majority of investigations have only surfaced in recent decades. Studies have suggested that individuals with higher emotional intelligence possess greater control over their abilities, and mental wellness, and are better equipped to find quick solutions to the issues they encounter. This study introduces a method of measuring emotional intelligence levels in people based on neu-trosophy. The study identifies the primary challenges found in the components of emotional intelligence among citizens from Ecuador and outlines the necessary steps for addressing them. © (2023), (University of New Mexico).
