摘要
For partial discharge of ethylene propylene rubber(EPR) research high-speed train operation effect of cable insulation reliability, this paper adopts column plate discharge model of EPR film under different discharge levels and time of degradation processing, and using the three electrode system was measured after the sample deterioration of conductivity changes. The results show that the samples after discharge deterioration after treatment in the electrode near the white circle, and the gradual emergence of dendritic creepage trace, and the initial discharge voltage and electrical resistivity with time increasing the discharge level gradually decreased. In addition, the greater the amount of discharge, the breakdown voltage decreases more obviously, and the use of polymer life assessment model was used to fit the power function formula of EPR cable material deterioration, shows that external electric field, EPR insulation probability and the service life of the sample rate and the molecular chain fracture would be accelerated and influence. © 2021, Department of Journal of the China Railway Society.
