摘要
With the continuous development of infrastructure and information technology in Chinese railway construction industry, much more data is created in the process of railway construction. Traditional management mode is unable to manage such huge volumes of data efficiently. Focusing on BIM technology, a new railway engineering construction management mode was proposed, which is the collaborative management of railway engineering construction based on BIM technology. Based on the analysis of the basic connotation of railway engineering construction management mode, investigation of the collaborative management framework of railway engineering construction, and elaboration of the normal form of collaborative management and its internal mechanism, this paper established the theoretical basis of collaborative management of railway construction in China. The multi-project, multi-stage, multi-discipline, multi-tasking practice of the theory in the process of construction management will promote the high-quality modernization of Chinese railway engineering construction. © 2019, Department of Journal of the China Railway Society.
