摘要
3D LiDAR scanning technology provides an advanced technical solution for the digital, visual and accurate description of tower attitude, but it is an urgent need to solve the shortcomings of poor universality and low automation level of extra high voltage (EHV) and ultra high voltage (UHV) tower attitude parameter measurement algorithm. In this paper, the intelligent measurement algorithm of transmission line tower inclination based on light detection and ranging (LiDAR) point cloud data is studied. Firstly, the structural characteristics of common types of transmission towers are analyzed, and the engineering mathematical model of inclination calculation is established. Then, the algorithm and process of calculating the inclination by using the offset of the center of the longitudinal layered section of the tower are proposed, and the visual display of the overall and local inclination measurement results of the tower is realized. The case application results show that the proposed intelligent measurement algorithm is effective, universal and stable, and the measurement accuracy meets the engineering requirements. Through the three-dimensional virtual reconstruction of the target object, the visualization and digital description of the measurement results are realized, which is convenient for archiving, traceability and verification, and has engineering application value. © 2022 Science Press.
