摘要
As the second phase particle reinforced steel whose power law creep constitutive relation contains threshold stress, P91 steel is widely applied to high temperature structural components in the ship and deepsea engineering. In order to better predict the creep crack growth of P91 steel, the GE/EPRI method was revised in this paper to estimate C* value of P91 steel with threshold stress, and an estimation method for calculating HRR stress field was obtained. Then their accuracy was verified by finite element method. The re- search results show that the modified GE/EPRI method can accurately estimate C* value of P91 steel with critical stress, and the non-dimensional parameter h1 of the modified GE/EPRI method is affected by threshold stress. The method for calculating HRR stress field has a high accuracy, laying a theoretical basis for the safety assessment and lifetime prediction of steel components in high temperature structures. © 2020, Editorial Board of Journal of Ship Mechanics.
