摘要
In order to satisfy the demand for green in the process of manufacturing and service integration, a decision-making method of green manufacturing service is constructed for which consumer behavior analysis in green manufacturing is based and consumer buying behavior is taken as decision subject of green manufacturing service. Through decision making, the intelligent operation of green manufacturing service in industrial internet environment is supported. A decision model of green manufacturing service is proposed, which depicts decision-making activities in the operation of green manufacturing service by using green design service decision, green production service decision and green product service decision. Combined with consumer problem identification, consumer purchase process, consumer satisfaction, the decision-making scheme is made for the problems of green manufacturing service and the decision algorithm of green product service is established according to gray correlation analysis. Eventually, through the example analysis of enterprise green product service decision, the practicability of this algorithm and the effectiveness of consumer behavior-driven green manufacturing service decision are validated. © 2023 Editorial Office of Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering.
