摘要
In order to solve the problem of catenary icing which frequently occurs during the operation of urban rail transit in low temperature environment, the reasons why the traditional thermal ice melting method is difficult to operate online were summarized and analyzed. An online ice melting method in which the up and down catenary was adopted as ice melting current path was proposed. Considering the operation characteristics of online ice melting method, the structure topology and control strategy of ice melting power unit were designed. Based on the electric network model, the influence of online ice melting method on traction power supply system was quantitatively analyzed. The accurate dynamic simulation model of traction power supply system including ice melting power unit was established, and the online ice melting effect was verified. The results show that the RMS of catenary current is significantly improved after the injection of ice melting current, and the expected ice melting effect can be achieved. The maximum voltage offset caused by 2 500 A ice melting current to the train in the worst icing environment is only below 100 V, and the online ice melting process does not affect the normal operation of the train and traction station, which has a good engineering application prospect. © 2022, High Voltage Engineering Editorial Department of CEPRI.
