摘要
In order to study mechanical mechanism of interaction between, surrounding rock, coal pillar, and gangue filling body after being filled into underground goaf, based on three-dimensional compaction test of gangue, research on collaborative bearing effect of gangue filling body and surrounding rock was carried out, and the filling effect under the condition of gangue filling mining was evaluated. The quantitative functional relationship between gangue volume compression ratio and test parameters was studied and analyzed; the collaborative bearing model of "filling body surrounding rock coal pillar" was constructed, the bearing control mechanism of filling body, surrounding rock, and coal pillar on overlying strata was clarified, and the stability criterion of collaborative bearing system was proposed; the filling effect analysis model was established based on hierarchical extension fuzzy evaluation method. Four main controlling factors of filling effect evaluation were constructed to comprehensively evaluate the stability of surface and overburden rock in gangue filling mining; with actual situation of Xinjulong Coal Mine as an example, hierarchical extension evaluation analysis of filling effect was carried out, and comprehensive evaluation has shown that the filling effect is good. © 2022, Editorial Board of Journal of Mining & Safety Engineering.
