摘要
The effect of the ball-milling pretreatment on microstructure and corrosion of hot-dip galvanized coatings was studied. The alloy layer thickness of the ball-milled (BM) sample is smaller than that of the pickled (P) sample, and there is no outburst structure in the coating of the BM-sample. The corrosion order of the P-outburst ζ layer is η → (η + ζ) → ζ. The order of the BM-flat ζ layer is η → ζ. Compared with the P-outburst ζ layer, the BM-flat ζ layer shows the lower corrosion current density and the greater polarization resistance. © 2022
