摘要
Loop closing operation in distribution network may generate large current, affecting safety of power systems. In this paper, a security assessment method of loop closing operation in 10kV distribution network based on probabilistic load flow is proposed. Considering the probabilistic distribution of the electric loads on feeders, cumulant method is used to obtain the probabilistic distribution characteristics of loop closing steady-state current and transient impulse current. Security of loop closing operation in 10kV distribution network is assessed by calculating the over-limit probability and degree of loop closing current. In calculation of probabilistic load flow, this paper proposes a method to obtain the cumulants of input variables based on historical load data, overcoming the limitations of traditional numerical method. Finally, simulation is performed for a practical case of loop closing operation. Analysis results verify effectiveness, rapidity, and practicality of the proposed method. © 2019, Power System Technology Press. All right reserved.
