摘要
To realize low energy consumption shaping of the cotton straw (CS) and energy utilization of the oil sludge (OS), the OS was evenly mixed into the CS powder with different proportions, then the pressed pellets were prepared at 50℃. Thermal balance analysis of powder and combustion weightlessness experiments of pressed pellets and kinetics analysis were carried out by double logarithmic (lnln) analysis. The results indicate that the mixed powder can be pressed into pellets at 50℃ once the OS blended into CS powder. The density of the pressed pellets prepared by mixed powder at 50℃ is lower than that of prepared at high temperature slightly. When the furnace temperature is low, the added OS may reduce the devolatilization and volatile matter combustion process. However, the high furnace temperature accelerates the process obviously. As the OS proportion rise from 0% to 20%, the combustion activation energy of the pellets decreased from 75.12 kJ/mol to 34.46 kJ/mol. © 2021, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd.
