The high grade Numerical Control (NC) machine tools need to be produced with the high grade manufacturing mode.For a long time,domestic enterprises produce NC machine tools to use low or middle-grade mode,it is difficult to guarantee the performances and quality.To produce high grade NC machine tools,it is necessary to study produce mode of machine tools profoundly.The production modes of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine tools was studied,the basic concept of the production modes was discussed,the evolution of the production mode was analyzed,the problems existing in the current production mode of domestic machine tools was elaborated,a new production mode suitable for domestic machine tools was proposed,and finally discusses the characteristics of the small batch customization production mode of domestic machine tools were illuminated. © 2023 CIMS.
