摘要
To manage the risk of waterborne illnesses like Legionnaires’ disease, facility managers should re-emphasize targeted testing and control protocols—particularly for buildings that have sat idle during COVID-mandated lockdowns. Legionnaires’ disease is a severe form of pneumonia caused by the Legionella bacteria, a microbe that resides in freshwater sources.
