摘要
A new inorganic antibacterial material of zinc-holmium white carbon black was prepared by sol-gel method. The optimized preparation conditions were zinc concentration 0.711 mol•L-1, holmium concentration 0.5 mmol•L-1 and reaction time 65 min as controlling single factor experiments and response surface method design experiments. The composite antibacterial material owned the advantages of good dispersion and antibacterial performance, and small particle size. The antibacterial materials were characterized by SEM, EDS, FTIR, particle size, antibacterial assay. The results showed that the structure of zinc-holmium antibacterial materials is fluffy, the average particle size is 28.948 μm, and the structure of carrier silica has not been influenced by addition of zinc ions and holmium ions. The antibacterial rate has reached 83.41%. © 2020, Editorial Office of Journal of the Chinese Society of Rare Earths. All right reserved.
