Application of data mining techniques for industrial quality assurance.The application of data mining techniques for predicting quality-related product features is becoming increasingly important in the context of industrial quality control. In order to be able to implement model-based inspection processes in the future, the requirements for classical testing processes must first be transferred to model-based inspection and the changes in the tasks of inspection equipment management must be examined. © Carl Hanser Verlag GmbH & Co.
