摘要
Currently, the road simulation test technology is one of the important means in the vehicle durability development process. Through gathering road load spectrums in proving ground, using the servo hydraulic multichannel road simulation test bench and adopting the Remote Parameter Control technology for iteration, the road excitation signals for driving the bench test were acquired. Based on this, vehicle endurance tests, were carried out and the results were compared with those by the proving ground endurance tests in order to get the vehicle assessment consistency results. By this way, the time for verification and development can be greatly shortened. In this article, the road simulation test technology applied to the development of new energy vehicles was introduced via some actual project. © 2019, Editorial Office of Journal of Vibration and Shock.
