摘要
The introduction of remote work in Poland from 2023 has precisely defined the rules for this form of employment. Prior to this date, remote work was mainly a response to the COVID-19 pandemic and was regulated in the March 2020 law, leaving imperfections. The 2023 legislation brought clarity, allowing employees to do it at locations they designate themselves or on the basis of an employer's instruction in emergency situations. Challenges remain, such as adjusting the size of remote work to accommodate different employee situations. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the education system, particularly remote learning, offering flexibility and cost savings, but the effectiveness of this form of education may depend on adjustments to students' needs. Introducing remote learning for academics is not an easy undertaking. Remote learning must take into account data protection, risk analysis and adaptation of measures to these risks. Modern learning requires adaptation to changing condi-- tions, so it is important to adapt regulations and procedures to new realities.
