摘要
Metrology, the science of measurement, is playing an increasingly crucial role in diverse fields like health, food, and medicine. Businesses rely on accurate measurements to ensure quality control. Traditional methods are being revolutionized by "Smart Metrology," which leverages advancements in information technology (IT) and machine learning. Smart Metrology automates equipment calibration and monitoring, leading to precise and repeatable measurements verifiable by legal standards. These intelligent measuring devices transform raw data into actionable insights through Big Data analysis. This empowers metrologists to significantly improve measurement accuracy and equipment compliance within their organizations. This paper introduces a Python-based Smart platform designed to calibrate spectrum analyzers in a metrology lab. This user-friendly interface fosters real-time communication with the analyzers, automates data collection, and enables remote supervision for critical tasks like calibration, verification, and conformity assessment.
