摘要
Social circus refers to programs that use circus in a social intervention context. Although they are intended for them, little data exists on the impact they have on young people. We're looking at a four-day social circus event. Four themes characterize the participants' experience: (a) the creation of a safe social space; (b) enrichment of self-understanding; (c) strengthening expressive abilities; and (d) experiencing the world around us. This research demonstrates how the social circus can create safe and enriching social environments, adapted to the experiences of young people.
