摘要
After surgery for a congenital diaphragmatic hernia, the affected children must be examined regularly using imaging to objectively identify structural lung abnormalities and functional deficits in terms of ventilation and perfusion. How well can this be achieved using non-contrast-enhanced dynamic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)? A team of researchers from the University of Heidelberg in Mannheim investigated this question.
