摘要
Rapid and accurate bisphenol A (BPA) detection is becoming increasingly important in many sectors. We developed a simple molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) ratiometric fluorescence sensor to efficiently detect BPA by combining red fluorescence SiO2@CdTe@MIP with blue fluorescence carbon dots (CDs). The addition of BPA to the sensor will cause a rapid decline in the fluorescence intensity of CdTe at 625 nm, while the signal of CDs at 405 nm remains constant, leading to a change in the fluorescence color. A good linear relationship exists between the fluorescence intensity ratio of [I405/I625]/[I405/I625]0 and concentrations of BPA ranging from 1 to 100 mu M with a minimum detection limit of 0.4 mu M. Meanwhile, the prepared sensor shows remarkable efficacy in analyzing BPA, with more consistent average recoveries ranging from 95.6 % to 110.9 % and smaller deviations of 4.7 % in water samples.
