MANAGEMENT OF THE SUPPLY CHAIN OF MINING COMPANIES BASED ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MARKETING INNOVATIONS

The features of the management of the supply chain of mining companies based on the implementation of marketing innovations are considered. A methodology has been developed for the formation of a mechanism for managing the supply chain of mining companies based on marketing innovations, which includes such four elements as targeting, information technology training of management, implementation of the management process, as well as interpretation of management results and making the required changes. A system of indicators is proposed that is used to assess the effectiveness of the management of the supply chain of mining companies based on marketing innovations. An economic and mathematical model has been constructed that is used to model the mechanism of managing the supply chain of mining companies based on marketing innovations. An economic system for the implementation of marketing innovations has been formed, which should be the basis for the management of the supply chain of mining companies. A block diagram of the economic system for the implementation of marketing innovations for the management of the supply chain of mining companies has been developed. The main parameters of EMM for modeling the mechanism of managing the sales chain of mining companies based on marketing innovations are determined, which include: the effectiveness of marketing innovations in each sales channel forming the sales chain of a mining company; the need to implement marketing innovations to increase the efficiency of each sales channel of a mining company; the appropriate volume of implementation of various marketing innovations to improve the efficiency of the supply chain of the analyzed mining company.
