摘要
Hierarchical porous UiO-66 (HP-UiO-66) was rationally prepared using sodium acetate and polyvinylpyrrolidone as auxiliaries. The defective structure of HP-UiO-66 was confirmed by various characterization methods. Compared with the pristine UiO-66, HP-UiO-66 possessed more accessible Zr sites to load aptamers. The electrochemical aptasensor based on HP-UiO-66 was used to detect ampicillin (AMP) as an analytical model with a low limit of detection (3.0 fg mL(-1)) by differential pulse voltammetry. This fabricated aptasensor exhibited good reproducibility, stability, and specificity toward AMP. The sensor could be used to quantitatively detect AMP even in real samples (tap water and milk).
