摘要
This study aims to understand the perception of entrepreneurs in the productive sector of the city of Ibagu & eacute; regarding specific trainings and competencies of professionals around Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) that meet the expectations of the current market. Methodologically, a quantitative approach was adopted, and infor-mation was collected from 42 companies through a survey that evaluated the entrepreneurs' perception of gradu-ates in the ohs program using a Likert scale. The results suggest that higher education should focus on developing competencies in planning and organization, as they are crucial for the business sector. Additionally, the study argues that collaboration between the university and companies can improve competitiveness, promote innovation and regional development, and empower graduates as a competitive advantage
