摘要：
We employ a Bartik-type instrumental variable estimator to examine the impact of digital transformation on the maturity mismatch (MM) between investment and financing. Our findings reveal that enhancing corporate digitalization substantially positively affects MM. Moreover, this trend can be attributed to increased long-term investments and heightened business uncertainty.
