Evaluation Model of Satisfaction Degree of Urban Transit Service Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method: A Case Study of Baise City in China

摘要
Better urban transit service quality makes the development of urban transit more sustainable, because it can affect residents' willingness to take public transit. However, service satisfaction is psychological activity, which is difficult to quantify directly. Hesitant fuzzy set is an effective method to solve this problem. Firstly, the indicator system of satisfaction with 5 dimensions and 13 indicators is established. Secondly, an indicator scale method based on AHP method is used to determine dimension weight and indicator weight respectively, so as to reduce the influence of subjective judgment on weight. Thirdly, the evaluation results are obtained by using the hesitation fuzzy set. Finally, this paper takes Baise City, with a total of 2,631 valid samples, as an example to verify model accuracy. The paper analyzes the data from two aspects: satisfaction degree and attention degree and puts forward some suggestions for improving public transit operation.
