摘要:
Fetal CMR is a relatively new imaging modality, the utility of which is currently under active investigation in the setting of CHD. Most suited to late gestational imaging, fetal CMR could provide a useful adjunct to fetal echocardiography in more complex and severe forms of CHD in which fetal interventions are being considered or monitored and in fetuses in whom perinatal transition may be complicated by unstable cardiovascular physiology.
