摘要
This paper presents a comprehensive exploration of the euPOLIS project's innovative approach to quantifying the impact of nature-based interventions on citizens health and well-being. The study leverages a sophisticated array of tools, including wearables, smartwatches, dedicated mobile applications, weather stations, and water IoT systems to systematically collect and analyze a diverse set of data. These tools enable the acquisition of real-time information on various physiological and environmental parameters, creating a rich dataset that forms the foundation for meaningful insights.
