摘要
According to previous research, the driver negotiates curves based on the tangent point of inner lane boundary. However, there are few studies about the driver's fixation process in the curve. Hence, this study focused on the analysis of the driver's fixation distribution and fixation transition at three different speeds (40, 60, and 80 km/h) when driving on a secondary road curve. In this experimental study, the driving simulator and the head-mounted eye tracker were used to collect the gaze behaviors of three drivers to analyze gaze distribution and fixation transition. The results show that the frequency of the driver repeatedly fixating at the tangent point increases with the speed under the same road curvature condition.
