摘要
This article proposes a hydrogen production power supply system based on a 48-pulse phase-shifting transformer and IGBT high-frequency chopper. It uses "secondary windings in parallel + uncontrolled rectifier bridge" to replace the "controlled rectifier bridge" structure, ensuring that the DC output can be operated in a wide range. Regulation adopts a voltage and current double closed-loop control strategy. The voltage outer loop provides a current reference and the current inner loop outputs a modulation wave, which improves the stability of the output voltage and its adaptability to load changes. The simulation results show that the electrolytic hydrogen production system not only has the characteristics of large output DC power and continuous adjustment, but also has good harmonic suppression capabilities.
