摘要
We overcome the drawback of low solubility of the CsPbBr3 perovskite through the mechanical grinding driven engineering, and achieve high-quality CsPbBr3 perovskite thin films. Photodetectors based on these films exhibit superior device performance, such as a responsivity of 0.219 A/W, a detectivity of 5.3 x 10(11) Jones, and the response time of less than 50 mu s. Additionally, the devices demonstrate excellent storage stability and thermal stability. This work provides a new approach to the fabrication of high-quality perovskite polycrystalline film devices.
