摘要
Five-membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds are one of the multifaceted fields of organic chemistry and divided into many classes. Their synthesis and study of properties in various directions are important both scientifically and practically. Pyrazoles are widely used as the main framework in a huge library of heterocyclic compounds and have promising agrochemical, fluorescent and biological properties. Due to the numerous potential applications, the development of methods for the synthesis of new pyrazole derivatives, the disclosure of innovative ways of their preparation, the study of their various properties and activities, as well as the search for potential applications of these compounds are increasing. This review has systematized some of the literature containing basic and strategic information on the synthesis and properties of various pyrazole derivatives and found that this class of compounds can be used for the create new drugs and can be easily obtained thanks to recent advances in the field of synthetic fine organic medicinal products chemistry, as well as the possibility of producing pyrazole-based azodyes to inhibit corrosion of pipeline equipment in the oil and gas industry.Pyrazole synthesis reactions are considered under various conditions, mainly from unsaturated carbonyl compounds or their suitable derivatives. In addition, the present review covers published research findings on the antifungal and antibacterial activity of novel pyrazole derivatives against several fungal and bacterial strains. We believe that this review will be useful in future research with the aim of implementing and new ideas in finding rational options for obtaining more promising pyrazoles
