Currently, technological disruption, changes in the behavior of tourists and in competition at a global level, are increasing the role of knowledge management in the hospitality sector. The objective of this research is to evaluate the perception of hotel employees of Holguin destination on knowledge management. This is a quantitative and descriptive research. By means of a survey applied to a sample of 115 employees, it was found that there is a positive perception regarding the 6 factors analyzed. Factors such as: training and development, technology and infrastructure, processes and procedures in knowledge management and performance and organizational culture receive average scores above 4, while communication and collaboration and innovation and transformation achieve a lower score. Finally, it can be inferred that the factors analyzed have a positive influence on knowledge management in the hotels of the Holguin tourist destination, however, there are reservations that should be taken into account.
