摘要
The excellent photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY), adjustable bandgap, affordability with facile solution processing, perovskite materials make them highly promising for integration into light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs), a technology that has gained popularity due to its exceptional display qualities, is the topic of this review article. The integration of multiple dimensions in LEDs is explored in this review, which emphasizes the variety of dimensions that range from zero to three. It is amazing how much better LED performance has been achieved by researchers using advanced techniques like precise control over crystal growth and passivation strategies. The review examines correlation of material features, device architecture and preparation strategies to illustrate the dynamic path that dimensional diversity represents for the advancement of LED technology. It will serve as a valuable resource for scientists intending to fully exploit the potential of perovskite-based LEDs because it offers information on the most recent advancements, challenges, and specific trade-offs associated with each dimensional integration.
