ENTITLEMENT TO GENDER EQUALITY IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN SERBIA

Entitlement to gender equality is one of the basic human rights. It is a democratic issue and it is lined up with basic values of European cultural environment. This right has been legalized in the constitutional documents in the constitutionality of Serbia. The subject of this Paper are the most important constitutional rules providing the guaranties of right to gender equality in the context of basic (constitutional) human rights and freedoms.
